I’m Jackie Johnstone, founder of Respoire.

I work with leaders, teams and organizations who care deeply about the humans who work for them but are struggling with the individual and organizational costs of chronic stress and burnout.

How would you (and your team) like to:

  • ✅ Make better decisions under pressure?

  • ✅ Handle and process the feelings of stress in a healthier way which improves mood and promotes clear thinking?

  • ✅ Cultivate a more resilient (and better-regulated) nervous system so that more time is spent in the executive brain and less time is spent putting out fires in "fight or flight" mode?

All of the above is possible with something so simple it’s often overlooked: breath.

Why choose Respoire Breathwork?

Conscious structured breathing, aka Breathwork, is an incredibly powerful, scientifically-supported tool for rest, recovery and resiliency.

Breathwork is faster and more beneficial than conventional cognitive stress management [citation], meditation [citation], and mindfulness [citation].

Curious how breathwork can help your organization? Want to bring breathwork to your next professional development day, retreat or offsite? Let’s chat.

Accessible practice

Every single human out there is breathing. Doing Breathwork doesn’t require any special tools or skills. It can be done sitting at a desk, in a meeting room or lying down on a yoga mat.

Breathwork is an effective and super accessible option for groups looking to incorporate some relaxation and integration into their meeting, retreat or workshop.

Once you and your team experience the power of your breath, you can tap into those tools anytime you want.

Expert facilitation

I’ve been practicing breathwork since 2020 and hold four breathwork certifications, in addition to training on facilitating lasting change. I’ve led hundreds of humans in breathwork, one-on-one, in the yoga studio and at corporate meetings and staff wellness days.

More importantly though, I’m a (recovering!) overthinking, overachiever who has failed at meditation more times than I should admit. I know how much of a struggle it can be to make rest happen in a body and mind that’s wired to go-go-go.
